No identity work occurs at this level.
If you proceed with a Tier 2 or Tier 3 engagement, this fee is applied toward that work.
Tier 2: Corporate Clarity Session
60 to 90 Minutes | $1,250
This is the core offering.
Designed for:
Complex decisions
Leadership friction
Identity conflict affecting judgment
Situations where thinking alone has stalled progress
This is a private sounding board session where assumptions are challenged, blind spots are surfaced, and clarity emerges through disciplined conversation.
There is no advice given and no direction imposed.

Tier 3: Private Executive Sounding Board
Monthly Engagement | $3,500
By invitation only
This is ongoing access for leaders who require a confidential space to think out loud over time.
Includes:
Two clarity sessions per month
Limited off-session access for brief decision checks or prompts
No scripts, no programs, no dependency model
This tier is not advertised publicly and is offered only when ongoing alignment is mutually appropriate.
