Yes. While writing his books, Jeff realized each of his characters were striving to find their authentic self. Each character was being introspective and working to establish a healthy and strong status. Over the years, through writing and studying, Jeff recognized his own individualist existence and began exploring how the alignment with one’s true identity is the only way to make significant changes in one’s personal or business life. As Jeff say, “Every problem or desire can only exist because of one’s alignment, (good or bad) with any particular identity.” Thus, his work turned into SIA and assisting others in realigning their personal or business status.

Though we are all individualists, we are all a part of a huge collective and storytelling helps people understand how to implement antidotes and use them in their personal lives. Author Jeff Scott promotes the use of eReaders for the simple fact that it is so easy for individuals to take an iPad or eReader with them anywhere and be able to access their books and/or notes. Example, say you carry your iPad with you everywhere and there is a quote in a book you want to look up. With iPads and eReaders, you have instant access without having to flip through and search countless pages… your highlights are all saved and ready to view.  Plus… it’s so nice to be able to carry 100 books on an eReader than having them coolect dust on a shelf. Sure a shelf of books may look impressive, but truthfully, it’s just future clutter in the process. Eventually, someone is going to have to deal with all of your books.  

SIA believes that in order to have a good collective society, it must be led by great individualists. Here at SIA, we aide individuals in realigning their personal, as well as, business status through our established protocols. Imagine being a professional baseball player. The pitcher stands on the mound and faces a batter known for hitting home runs. That pitcher stands alone on the mound with his team (the collective) behind him. Same as the batter… he is at the plate with his collective team in the dugout. At that moment, both the pitcher and the batter are bringing their individual expertise to the game… their greatness. The ball is pitched, the batter hits it to the third baseman… which must bring his fielding greatness to the game, field the ball and throw it to the first baseman… who must bring his expertise in a big stretch and catch. All the players in the game must be great Individualist and bring their expertise to the collective team. 

What we do at SIA does not require a degree. We do not get into the psyche of our clients. We realign professionals with inherent abilities that they are lacking and have sought us out for our specialty. We are not your basic coaching service. We are specifically about Identity and realignment/resetting for individuals who utilize our services for a variety of reason, personal and business.
